Christine spent her first 40 years in Northern California but relocated in 2007 to beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her husband and three daughters. This is where she began her journey as a painter. She started painting in 2009 as a student of living Master Frank Arcuri and studied with him for over two years. She has studied with other teachers over the years, but none has had such a profound effect on her as the love of chiarascuro that was instilled in the first few years of painting classes. Her primary focus and love is the study and painting of realism. She also invests her time learning new styles and techniques and has come to love plein air and landscape painting almost as much as still life.
